Employee Referral Bonus

In a competitive employment environment, it is extremely important to attract qualified individuals who will complement our staff. We encourage all employees to recommend individuals for placement within the firm, particularly since a current employee would be in a better position to determine if an individual will excel at Perkins&Will.

A referral bonus of $4,000, less applicable taxes, is payable after the new employee has completed 90 days of service.
