Wifi

P+W Private
For connectivity to all internal and external corporate resources for Perkins&Will laptops only. Automatically connects when unlocked.

P+W Mobile
Internet access for employee-issued and personal mobile iOS and Android devices. Use your computer username and password for authorization.

P+W Guest
Guest internet access for non-Perkins&Will employees. The Guest WiFi password is updated weekly. To get the updated password:

  1. Go to Microsoft’s MyApps

  2. Click on the Guest Wifi App and you will see the password.

  3. The username will always be Guest

Microsoft Authenticator

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): We use the app Microsoft Authenticator for multi-factor authentication (MFA). This is a method of confirming a user’s identity after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence factors.

Step 1. Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app

Visit the Apple app store or Google play store on your device and install the Microsoft Authenticator app. Alternatively, visit aka.ms/authapp and download the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Step 2. Add your account to the app

1.       On your desktop, visit https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo 

2.     Select Add Method > Authenticator app 

3.     Follow the wizard experience to setup the app

Scan the QR Code in the app and test the push notification flow as part of this experience. For more information, see this guidance.

Step 3. Change default sign-in settings to the Authenticator app

To ensure that you are prompted to sign-in using push notifications:

  1. Visit https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo

  2. Select Default sign-in method > Change> Authenticator – notification option.

This is a method of confirming a user’s identity after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence factors. In our case, one factor is your password and the second factor is through Okta Verify.

MyApps is our universal login hub. You can access almost all Perkins&Will apps and resources through this portal.
